We did not stay the full week booked as the mattresses were very uncomfortable, even the profile bed - although we paid an extra 50 for the mattress, it was still hard and uncomfortable. We all ended up with sore hips and backs. Hosts were unfriendly and helpful and basically laughed off our concerns.
Recliner chair, for which we paid an extra 65, was also not suitable for my disabled husband as his 'steady' could not fit around it.
No empathy was shown by either the owners or the agents, Disabled Holidays, who refused to refund any costs, even though the agents admitted they had never visited or inspected the properties.
