Craft centre really good and lady working there very helpful and welcoming - access would be poor for wheelchair users- I managed fine with crutches - cafe ok

I bought some gorgeous jewellery here and the products they sell are lovely. However as a wheelchair user it is a dreadful experience,due to lack of accessibility. Then to make matters worse a member of staff was extremely dismissive and told me it is no big deal that it is not accessible as the building is very old. So why then house a shop in a building which is very old and oh so precious, but refusing to make it inclusive for the disabled. No common sense

A lovely place we staff went out of there way to help me with my purchases. Very narrow customer areas but we all managed by a common sense passing place system. In other words customers used their initiative. Products of a good quality, creative and interesting. I did not get up to the top story. So still quite a bit to investigate on my next visit. Loved It!
