KPSteelCraft Ltd have just completed all my kennel fencing including gates. It was not exactly straightforward but the team worked well and overcame any issues as they arose. I cannot thank them enough for their professionalism and shear hard work throughout the four days. Great company can not praise them enough will definitely be recommending them in the future....Awesome firm.

I am surprised to see some updates on the facebook page for KP SteelCraft Ltd. I thought that they had gone out of business during the Covid lockdown. We engaged KP SteelCraft Ltd to create some railing in June 2020. The design was agreed and an invoice was issued with a 50% deposit up front being required. I paid the agreed deposit of 450.00 inc VAT, and the balance was due after the railing were installed. There were a few minor delays and once I was informed that the railings were ready to be installed, an installation date was agree for late August 2020. On the day that KP SteelCraft was due to be on site to install the railings, I called them mid morning to ascertain what time they would be turning up? (as I had taken a day off work and had to stand down my self-employed sub-contractors to be on site for the insulation). I was told that they wouldn't be turning up because it was raining in South Wales and they couldn't do an installation in the rain. I knew this was a poor excuse, as I also do installations and other work in the rain. I informed them that the weather was actually fine in our locations. They still said that they would not be coming. Since then, I have phoned the company's main number a few times over the following couple of months and never managed to get through to anyone. I therefore thought that they had gone out of business during the Covid lockdown. It has been over a year since I paid the deposit to KP SteelCraft and I still don't have any railings installed. It can't be that difficult to supply a professional service in that length of time. So be warned if you deal with them, as you might have an expensive long wait for nothing. But It is good to know that it might now be worth pursuing a claim through the Country Courts for Breach of Contract. 9th March 2022. The Response from the County Court is that the Court Papers are considered as served as of Wednesday the 23rd March 2022. Some good news in the County Court Case of: Mr Jamie Jones Vs (Mr Krzysztof Sitek) KP STEEL CRAFT LTD As of the 21st June 2022, County Court Judgement for the Claimant has been awarded against KP STEEL CRAFT LTD. As they failed to respond to the court paperwork. They now have to make a court-directed settlement of 746.03. If this is not settled within 21x days. I can apply for enforcement and bailiffs will attend and recover the money owed. Update 14/08/2022... Mr Krzysztof Sitek of KP STEEL CRAFT LTD has failed to settle a County Court Judgement Order to settle a claim amounting to 746.03, that was issued on the 21st June 2022 for a Breach of Contract with Inferred Terms. Under the Court Order, Mr Sitek had one calender month in which to settle this court order and has chosen not to. This Judgement has now been entered in to the Public Register as an Un-Settled CCJ - In the Register of Judgements, Orders, and Fines. This listed entry has now been passed on to all major credit reference agencies, who will supply them to all credit grantors and others (Banks, Building Societies, Finance Companies, and Goods Providers) seeking information on the financial viability of Mr Krzysztof Sitek and KP STEEL CRAFT LTD. You have to ask yourself if this is actually a company ot a person that you want to be doing business with? A Warrent of Control is now been issued through the COunty Courts.
