Willow Tree

Booked table online, arrived 15 minutes early, shown straight to a table. Staff very pleasant and efficient. Enough time to look at menu, not rushed or hassled to order quickly. Ordered drinks and food. Didn't have to wait too long for the food. Food was tasty and well presented - Steak and Ale Pie and Bangers and Mash. My only criticism on this occasion is that my mashed potato with the Bangers and Mash was VERY sloppy, no firmness to it at all, to the point where it wasn't much thicker than the gravy !! I didn't like to complain as it was bank holiday weekend and very busy, but if I order it again, and it's the same consistency, I will send it back.

Good grub, but you will get ripped off by the drink prices! 3.80 for a pint of Pepsi!!

We were served by Ashley and he was very friendly.. the food was amazing and Ashley went above and beyond serving us

Loved the warm greeting at the desk. We did not book but was thankful that a table was available at the time. The waiter and waitress service was fast, and the food, when ordered, came piping hot.
