        Very helpful lady on the the front desk. Given the shortfalls in government funding the police do an excellent job and dont get the respect they deserve.

        Don't bother trying to get advice about reporting any serious violence on women. A chimpanzee would be more intelligent to talk to than the WPC I spoke to.

        I have contacted the police a few times, sadly EV station is only normal working hours closed evenings and weekends, not sure where the 5 million a year they get from beanau gwents council tax goes but never see them and wont deal with crime that gets reported only give case numbers.

        Terrible service! I have notified them about the parking where i work and nothing is ever done.... when i finally had a reply it was a barrage of verbal abuse who did not appreciate me calling the service we received terrible.... which it was!! Just gutted i didn't take her name and number as i would have taken it further! And the only reason im giving them 1 star is because theres no option for 0 stars!
