Visited this outlet today, stood outside where it states no public entry and called into the building to enquire about purchasing some plastic trim, understanding that I could not enter the building. Greeted by a lovely lady who asked me what I wanted. I explained that I wanted trim but unsure of design and pattern, I asked if I could have a look at the trim, before the lady could answer a rude male member of staff said not in a manner that told me he wasnt bothered about having my custom. If he is the owner then he needs to think about his customer care skills, if he is an employee, he needs customer care training. No a good experience in this economic climate! 5 stars for the lady employee who cared.
