Joshua Price is an outstanding personal trainer! I started training with him several months ago to benefit my mental health and overall well-being; he takes my mental health very seriously and has supported me with my mental health inside and outside the gym. I enjoy working towards the goals Josh has set me and improving how I feel as well as look for Summer 2022. The gym where J. P. and I train is private, meaning it's not only an inspiring environment to work in but the sessions are all about me (the client)!

Josh is a fantastic trainer with a great sense of humor so every session is filled with laugh and positive attitude which empowers you to work out even harder. Very professional coaching and definitely will help you to achieve your fitness goals! I have really enjoyed the past weeks training with Josh. All the staff at the gym are professional and friendly. The facilities at Lukaris PT centre are modern and clean and also the equipment they use at the centre is the same or better than you would find in a public gym environment. The one thing I admire about the gym is that it's private and you don't have to rush on the equipment just take your time

Josh Price has been my Personal Trainer for around 8 months, in that time hes shown how knowledgeable and friendly he is. Hes genuinely interested in your well-being and wants you to achieve the best you possibly can, theres a weekly online check-in on a day to suit you which helps you focus on your progress, something Ive found invaluable in helping me really think about how my week has been and what Id like to improve on. He puts a lot of work into planning the workouts that I do to help me progress as much as I can and has helped me transform my thinking from I cant do that by giving me adapted exercises that means Im working towards being able to achieve things I wouldnt have otherwise attempted. Josh has also given me exercises to help me continue my development alongside our sessions. The most important thing is that he sees you as an individual and because of this I look forward to going.

I started working with Josh after a lower back injury left my mobility seriously impacted. The injury massive affected my day-to-day life but I refused to resign myself to a life of prescription painkillers and giving up things I'd always taken for granted - like being able to walk or even drive with no issues. I'd started following Josh on Instagram after being introduced to him through a friend and reached out after seeing much of his content was focused on mobility and calisthenics. I signed up to a 12 week programme which Josh designed to help specifically strengthen my back and core, aswell as incorporating other aspects of mobility training for my overall fitness. After the first few sessions I saw some real improvements in terms of my overall pain and discomfort. By the 2nd month, I could see improvements in my range of motion and by the 12th session I was back to training at my pre-injury level. For anyone looking for support after this kind of injury (or even if they're just looking to improve their mobility/general fitness) - I'd highly recommend Josh!
