This business has taken payment from people in Merthyr Tydfil and very conveniently the same evening has announced that there are no more classes in this area, and there are no refunds. The business owners expectation is for the people who have payed in Merthyr is for them to travel over 8 miles to use the next classes This is completely unreasonable, and unacceptable. Andrea Francis has knowingly taken money from honest and long standing customers who all feel they have been ripped off!!! Regardless of her reasoning, she should give them their money back

I would highly reccomend Body-Blitz if you're looking to achieve a fitness goal such as weight loss or if you're looking to just generally improve your fitness. The staff are professional and friendly ensuring that you're provided with a great service at all times. Plenty of classes to choose from too! Thank you Body-Blitz!

I have been working with Andrea and the Body-Blitz team for some time now. Not only are the Personal Training sessions fun they are effective. I do need pushing! I had a double total knee replacements in 2016 and Andreas personalised fitness program ensures I get maintain maximum benefit from the long awaited surgery. The recent addition of Ffions Sports Therapy service is an added bonus, a real comfort to my ageing muscles and joints. The special diet foods available are fab! Really tasty, filling and value for money. I really cant fault the Body-Blitz Team at all. Highly recommended *****
