No one called to tell me tiles had arrived in stock so almost had to cancel my tiling job as I couldnt get hold of them up to the day before, no email or answerphone. So if they arent next to the landline you cant contact them. Caused us loads of stress and wasted time trying to find alternative tiles which we ended up not needed as the tiles had been sitting in their warehouse all along. Tiles were warped (porcelain plank) to the extent we had to spend a fortune on extra adhesive for the tiler to lay with minimal lippage but some Was unavoidable due to the state of the tiles. Finally we went to get a few extra boxes during the laying process in case tiler ran out and they didnt specify at that point that they had a no returns policy, though clearly I was only Buying the extra as a just in case. They are adamant they wont refund for the unopened boxes we had to over order to make sure there were enough decent tiles to finish the job. Customer service not recommended.
