        I have sadly lost both my parents within 6 weeks, both times Liz and Luke have handled the funerals. Both times the service has been exemplary. They are kind, compassionate and extremely professional. My parents were treated with the utmost dignity and myself and my siblings needs and feelings cared for. Nothing has been too much trouble.         The service we received from Luke at T.J. Thomas Funeral Directors when we suddenly lost our brother was exemplary. Luke has treated this sensitive situation with nothing but pure dignity and respect. He has gone above and beyond to help the family during this very sad and stressful time and the family will be forever thankful for his support. Everyone Luke spoke to within the family was spoken to with kindness, understanding and patience. He was thorough in helping us with all aspects of planning the funeral, from the bigger issues to the special touches that made a very sad day run perfectly, and with the suggested personalised touches made it a funeral to be proud of. Luke answered all our questions quickly with his vast knowledge and clear passion for his profession. He checked in with us regularly to ensure all our needs were met. The whole family cannot praise the service Luke provided enough and would recommend this highly personalised service to everyone. Luke is a breath of fresh air to his profession.         From my experience with corresponding with Natalie who in my opinion done a fantastic job. She went above and beyond for me to see the deceased at the chapel off rest. Natalie has a warmth about her that will give you great comfort to know that you wont have to worry about anything. She provided a great service who helped my daughters with the funeral arrangements. Thankyou so much for your invaluable help and your commitment that you provide and thankyou Natalie your a star x
