Shocking service. They take far too long to complete work. They tell you their doing it but doesn't get done .I waited 8 months for stone to be put back on ... Very poor

Despicable service .....waited and waited for work to be done on my much loved nan and bamps grave ......promised and promised to get the work done it is now the run up to Christmas when we would love to put flowers wreaths and memorials on their grave and the whole family is upset because the work hasn't been done and we can't pay our love and respect to our much loved mam dad grandparents and great grandparents and at the worst time of the year to be without them this is the last thing we want !!! THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE And we are understandably VERY UPSET .....not answering our telephone calls and ignoring our pleas on numerous occasions I WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND THIS STONEMASONS IF YOU WANT HIGH QUALITY CARE OF A LOVED ONES GRAVE !!!!
