First class service during what was such an ordeal for us as a family losing my dad. From start to finish the team have been amazing. The care given to us as a family and the attention to detail making sure everything was perfect for my dads final send off was outstanding. The celebrant that you arranged (John) was also kind and considerate when dealing with us as a family. Dealing with Lisa was a pleasure and also thank you to Christian. Hes been wonderful and such a help throughout everything even almost two weeks after the service. Thank you all so much to all of you

I cannot recommend Luke at TJ Brown enough. He was incredible, from the unfortunate day of the death to even following up after the funeral to see how we were. All of our wishes were taken on board and everything was above and beyond expectations. Luke and his team made a difficult time much easier through their kind words, attention to detail and devotion to their line of work. Thank you to Lisa and Rhian for everything you did to arrange my aunts funeral. Your attention to detail was flawless and made a difficult time for both myself and the family so much clearer and easy to arrange everything that needed to be done. The little things made a big difference and were so comforting to us and very much appreciated. Everyone who helped at TJ Brown & Sons are a credit to the company from the moment we called to ask for my aunt to be collected from home and even including now after the funeral where you have stayed in touch to offer advice and support. The team of bearers and the drivers too need a huge thank you especially on such a cold winters day and getting us to the graveside with frozen ground and a steep climb - nothing was too much.
