Worcester House Dental Surgery

My husband was in excruciating pain with a tooth, which potentially required complicated surgery to extract. The care and professionalism received was second to none, my husband felt he was treated as a person and not just another patient. We would like to thank Robyn, receptionist extraordinaire, who helped us to understand the procedure, and contacted us when the results of the biopsy was ready. When the results were ready, my husband was called into the surgery to explain everything, and to receive further treatment and reassurance. We would like to thank the dentist, Iman Mehdi and the dental nurse, for removing the offending tooth and subsequently alleviating the pain. All in all, I couldnt have had a better experience if I had gone private. Many thanks and best wishes to everyone at the surgery.

Booked an appointment many months ago 1st appointment early September was cancelled 2nd appointment for the 26th September was not great I turned up waited went in to see the dentist and was told they are not taking on any new patients and that the receptionist that I originally spoke too was only temporary and shouldn't have taken my booking... how was I to know she was temporary and that she was not trained properly surely their failings not mine. They made me feel as if it was my mistake. Hope no one uses them..

Absolutely appalling service. I waited months for an appointment and travelled an hour to attend and was told I was no longer registered. The receptionist did not care and refused to allow me to speak to someone more senior.

Wonderful experience, dread the dentist normally but needed an emergency appointment today and was so grateful. Procedure explained and options explained very thoroughly and made me feel in control and at ease throughout, on the list to becoming a regular patient, just shows how good a experience can change a 30yr old outlook on dental treatment
