Mother Nature's Goodies

Like others I've had a terrible experience with this company, though they used to be good a few years ago. I put in a small order on 27th November. It didn't arrive, so I started contacting them on 5th January. I'd left it because of the pre Christmas and postal strike chaos in December. I kept contacting them by phone, email and the website messaging system but got no response at all. I was glad I'd used PayPal, because when I put in an online complaint to them, they gave me a refund to my PayPal account within minutes. I'm now putting in a complaint to trading standards, because the company is still operating, taking orders on Amazon and online.

Very good quality oils but awfully run company. James does his best and is always polite and apologetic but with products not turning up, calls not being answered and messages being ignored, it's time to move on. After using this company for many years for my candle business, I have finally had enough of the shoddy service and am taking my custom elsewhere. Shame.

My order has not arrived, I have had no reply to my emails. Very disappointed as I used to love this company and wanted to buy more from them. Will completely avoid now.

Absolutely love these products! I get so many comments on how nice my skin looks since i've switched over to using these. It's never felt better!!

Placed an order 8th of September, supposedly shipped 13th September. Not received. Sent 3 emails which were ignored. Spoke to James who has done nothing. I can see from reviews here and trustpilot that this is common with this company. Don't buy from them. I shall have to contact PayPal
