        Awful owners - treated us terribly after more than 20 years on their sister site in Borth. Cancelled our insurance mid season without our knowledge, never respond to emails, don't bother to send in the maintenance man you have to use, and even smashed up the inside of our van with our possessions inside prior to the date we'd agreed to come down and clear it out. They're all smiles when they want your money, but stay away from BYB Leisure.
