Very reasonably priced villa and very dog friendly. We went with two couples and a single person, all adults, and 4 smallish dogs (1 springer, 1 chihuahua Cross, 1 westie, 1 schitzu cross) Bedding was clean. Middle floor kitchen was VERY well equipped. We managed a full roast chicken dinner on the Sunday with no difficulty. Good selection of CDs, books and boardgames. WiFi had excellent coverage throughout the whole building. There were lots of good spaces where we could congregate in different groups. Location is excellent. Some lovely beach walks and Aberearon is a 30-70 minute (depending on road or beach route) walk from the house. Aberearon has some excellent restaurants, lovely views and some good pubs. Parking was a bit tight, but we fit two large cars on the drive. Garden was reviewed as secure. I would say it isn't, but we did allow some of the dogs off lead. If your dog is adventurous, plan to use the lead. Some very small criticisms: The villa was not altogether clean. Some gunk on the tiles in the basement loo. Downstairs in particular had stained carpets. Dog fur and some forgotten items (such as child's dummy) found through the holiday. Basement in particular smelled musty. Some dishes had to be washed upon arrival. Overall an enjoyable holiday. Cleanliness issues may be due to going at end of season.
