A really good sized free range egg. Good she'll that cracks where you want it to not like others that fall apart when cracked. Good yoke, very tasty, well priced and local too.

I have not actually had the privelage of visiting this fine establishment but I have had the honour ( and I can categorically state that it IS an honour) to have sampled their truly amazing eggs. I can honestly say that never in my life have I tasted such divine eggs. No matter whether fried, boiled, poached, scrambled they are utterly unmatched. I have not eaten any other brand since trying these and never will again. If I go on holiday I would rather go without than not have the sheer quality that is Edkins. Phenomenal..... just absolutely phenomenal. I strongly urge everyone who hasn't yet tried them to see what they are missing before it's too late. A life without these beautiful eggs is a life unlived in my opinion.
