Benar Beach Camping & Touring Park

Without a doubt, it was the worst campsite I've ever stayed at. Dogs running around the camping field, owners playing ball with them & others just toileting & peeing up awnings! Two ladies showers, 1 for 6 minutes! You then have to get undressed outside before showering as the cubicle is so small. Ladies & gents ran out of toilet roll & the floors are muddy! The only time we saw anyone from the site, is when I went into the site portakabin to complain. The reply was, " all dogs are supposed to be kept on leads!, & I put toilet rolls in the toilets this morning, the one shower was working OK "!Whilst she sat at her desk!! We haven't seen anyone wondering around checking this site & it's facilities since we got here! A total waste of money, it is absolutely awful

Had our first long weekend at the pitched field this year. They have done a lots of alterations from last year looks very good and smart. However there have been a few teething problems e.g showers cold, and the hot water at the washing up station went off on Sunday. I'm sure they will be sorted before long,.I believe the temporary showers worked fine so maybe they need to come back until the problems sorted. On the other hand 3 baby lambs were brought on site for us to cuddle and feed which was lovely

Great campsite,clean toilets and only a quick walk to the beach. The owner of the campsite is nice and friendly
