        Had a poor customer service experience which has soured my view of this site,, had an 'unexpected female emergency' that required a launderette,, as I was on the next site i explained my situation to the female receptionist and asked could I pay to use the launderette,, was told a straight no,, no understanding, compassion or help, this despite putting plenty of my money through there clubhouse take away and shop How sad kindness is I such short supply at this site
