        Very good coffee, better than in most coffee shops. Large and well-priced breakfast, especially for the area. It would've been 5* if waitress's attitude was better. We waited for 20 minutes before they opened (staff members saw us outside waiting) and then they took orders from two parties that entered after us first. We had to wait 15 minutes to make an order. Waitress avoided eye contact before she served two other tables, very unprofessional and rude of her.

        Had lunch here today, first time visiting since new owners took over and they didn't disappoint! Friendly and polite and the food was just lovely, everything hot and amazing scones too! Parking: Large car park outside
