Had 2 full breakfasts. One was gluten free. Both were very good. The only slight change I would do is the tomato was not cooked at all . But that's probably just me I like my tomato to be cooked. Everything else was perfect. And doing gluten free breakfast was great for wife. It was a busy Saturday morning when we went . Didn't have to wait long for the coffee to come and about 5 mins for the food. The two ladies serving were excellent looking after us . The atmosphere was fab. Music in the background of local language. For my shame I don't understand the words but made for pleasant place to be. You know your in the right place when it's full of locals. Would I go again . That's a yes. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free option

We had dinner for 4 people at Y Sospan. The food was fine, but it felt a little on the expensive side for what we got. We were sat upstairs where the atmosphere was again, fine, but nothing special (downstairs looked livelier). Menu was limited for vegans and vegetarians, but we were able to have a starter and a main. We were originally given a room temperature bottle of white wine, but the manager rectified this quite quickly once we pointed it out and was apologetic. Staff were pretty friendly and the manager in particular was chatty and a good laugh. The building was certainly characterful - an old jail complete with original beams and woodwork.
