        The hosts, Kevin and Caroline, ere welcoming, and attentive. Room was very clean & compact. Our room faced the road which is not suitable for light sleepers and the street lights face directly into the room. Although there are curtains and blinds this really wasn't sufficient. There was secure parking for around 3 cars and breakfast was good quality.

        Perfect gem of a b&b. Rooms were spacious, clean and well equipped. Breakfast was the best I have had, quality produce cooked beautifully. Kevin and Caroline were amazing. We took Kevin's advice and went to Barmouth and had a brilliant day. Cannot wait to go back
