        This one star review is in no way a reflection on the staff at this branch but did you know that Barclays plc have invested around 145 billion of customers' savings and pension funds into dirty fossil fuel extraction, responsible for fuelling the climate crisis? Yes I too was shocked. That is why I have moved to a more ethical bank.

        Natalie Evans set up my mobile banking app on my phone for me today.She was extremely helpful.She inspired me to use Dolgellau branch more.She has a wonderful infectious smile that lit up her face and made my day.You are lucky to have such a fantastic front of house member of staff!
