Booked the Hot Wave massage treatment, and 1 hour in the spa facilities (sauna, pools, etc) for me and my boyfriend. It was a nice, relaxing escape in the middle of Snowdonia. Beautiful scenery and a clean facility. The salt room was lovely and nobody was in it. The outdoor pool seems to be the hot spot because of the views, so it felt a bit crowded. The inside pool/spa was peaceful though as there was barely anyone using it. Our massages were wonderful! Very relaxing. My one comment is just that we were never asked our ideal pressures. It ended up being a nice pressure for me, but my boyfriend had to speak up to get it a bit firmer. No biggie though, I'm just use to being asked prior to beginning.

Our 4 hour spa experience was perfect, Chantelle and Shannons service was amazing and gave the best back massage and facial! The spa is beautiful plenty of space to go where you like, and to top off the day the light lunch was so filling and good food. We will definitely be back for another spa experience! Thank you to the girls for making it a lovely day.
