        Great care! Simone was absolutely lovely, and very kindly got there early as we'd had a long drive and she understood that the cats had already been in baskets for ages. Our two cats don't usually like each other, but they shared a Luxury Penthouse and have come out friends again... thank you so much! Thoroughly recommend.

        My nervy cat, didnt want to leave! Very caring staff, & nothing too much trouble. Medication administered brilliantly. My first experience, but wont be my last, in this happy cat hotel
