A tiny ancient church standing alone ina field on a promontory overlooking a a wide valley. Beautiful and mysterious and still consecrated and used for occasional services. It is approached down a steep private road of about half a mile, and then across a field. Sadly a change of ownership of the properties on the road means that cars are no longer welcome to use the road to visit the church. So they must be parked before the road becomes private, and the rest of the journey done on foot. We were told by a resident that cars which park on the verge of the private road are liable to get damaged.

Absolutely wonderful and magical place. A little difficult to find but worth the effort. We stopped to ask the way and were given excellent instructions. The public footpath to the Church is well marked. Parking isn't that easy because one is mindful of it being a private road - although bear this in mind and it isn't a major problem. The Church itself is just special and if you don't visit it - then you won't know what I mean!! A great experience and one I'm glad I've had. I can not recommend it highly enough.
