I've recently had my O three - port 10 in for repair with this company. The main issue I wanted fixing was the knees. The neoprene was gouged out and that was letting water in. I was told over the phone that a kevlar patch over the knee with added neoprene would be ideal. As seen in the pictures they haven't done this at all and instead have blobbed about 3 worth of aquashore on. Something I could have done at home. Then they suggested the cuffs be changed. The neoprene they have used is awful quality and feels extremely cheap. I'll be lucky if it lasts the winter When I called to question these issues, the person that did it was conveniently unavailable and almost a month later Im still waiting for a call back. Seeing as I didn't get a call from them for the whole three months they had the suit and I had to ask them to return I'm not getting my hopes up. I would certainly not recommend this company for dry suit repairs and I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
