They called my elderly dad who has a multitude of health problems and gave the impression they were calling about his current health issues taking a lucky guess at we are calling about your arthritis. He accepted their offer to come to his home and made the appointment thinking this was a follow up from his nhs appointments. Luckily he mentioned it to me who followed it up and found this is a private company and he would have had to pay for their services. This is disgusting that they can prey on confused elderly people without fully stating their intentions, effectively conning vulnerable people out of their money.
