Took 5 days to do a standard replacement clutch for an OAP.Vehicle returned heavily dented on both wings.Garage owner did not mention the damage on collection then denied it saying he didnt know how it had happened even though it looked like someone had tried to get the dents out.He then wouldnt answer calls to the owner.The transmission isnt right at all now..Looks like shortcuts were taken on the job.A liar.Would not advise anyone use the garage.BOTH WINGS HEAVILY DENTED.How?.........To top it all after.... 5 MONTHS..... more lies.It was my aunts vehicle and she was never offered to see any CCTV at all.Both wings had identical deep impact dents upper mid wing that were not there when the vehicle was left at ATS for collection by this person who seems to get trade via his relative at ATS.No offer whatsoever was made to the owner of the car to get the dents out.The car was unavailable for collection until tuesday as Love Lane garage said it was difficult to do.It seems that relatives at ATS are sharing customer information with private businesses as this response came a short while after the car had work done at a different local ATS.ATS denied causing dents to the vehicle and I doubt that they did.,they are usually careful with customers cars despite their age..Because a car is old ,did have some dints and scratches ,mud from the weather this person seems to think he can behave how he likes with them.Disgraceful.
