        These people are rude and unhelpful. I was phoning for someone else and the contact caused me mental health problems! After refusing to help, I had to point out that they were contracted to help, they hung up on me. Useless.

        Went along with my son, and although the lady who saw him was lovely all they could offer him help wise at the moment was a zoom type call with someone which he flatly refused , he is now more depressed and disheartened that that's it!!
