        Moving offices meant that we had no choice but to switch to a VOIP phone system in order to keep our number. We followed a recommendation to use CATsystems and were not disappointed. Both customer service and installation have been smooth and very professional. We are really pleased with the 3CX system. The handsets are a huge step up in functionality for us, and the options for working remotely are easy. After set up the monthly outgoings are similar to our current package. I would never go back! Thanks Gavin and Dan for a great service so far.

        VoIP Phone System - Pen Y Bryn Joinery Ltd Due to expansion within our company we needed a telecom system that could grow with our demand. We reached out to Catalyst and following several insightful conversations we proceeded with the installation of a new VoIP system. The changeover was seamless with almost zero down time, the clarity of calls, quality of devices is second to none and the web UI / user interface is all neatly managed. Overall the service is excellently packaged and would highly recommend to any body looking to upgrade their existing phone system.
