A strong bullying culture exists within the management unfortunately. Unfair, dishonest and discriminatory treatment. Quite appalling when considering equality should be one of the most important things in a healthcare setting. On the upside, lovely co workers who do their best for the residents and are welcoming to new staff. Such a shame as a management really let the place down and Holland house would otherwise be a great place.

2018-2023 Gone are the days when staff looked forward to their shifts with good professional teams, walking in to laughter from everyone including Managers. Many experienced and long standing staff have left feeling undervalued, not supported, miserable about the way they've been spoken to and treated by an autocratic Management Style determined to find fault. How can this happen to vital Support Workers in a mental health setting in this modern world? How sad, no point in making a complaint, even though they stand on the backs of others to get where they want to be, responding word for word with MHC Policy & Procedure. May be it's better run with Agency staff but who am I to say, I'm just a SW. Staff never complain in case it results in a bad reference in their new position.
