        Good service got prompt response from my initial enquiry which was nice as some estate agents don't seem to follow up on enquiries..

        As most other reviews also state, Jones Peckover have absolutely terrible communication. When you eventually get through to someone, its always well give you a call back to have nobody call back. E-mails arent responded to either. Good luck even getting them to pick up the phone, you can be ringing them a dozen times on a working weekday with nobody answering. Theyre useless.

        We have been looking at rental property with high street agents and the service on the whole has been awful. Jones Peckover stand out as the best by a mile, friendly knowledgeable staff who responded to queries promptly. Well recommended to help reduce the stress of moving.
