If I could give them less stars I would. Awful to deal with, unorganised with no communication at all. Building new properties while all their other properties are dire.

I moved to a property in Wrexham in the middle of December and as far as I'm concerned, they have been fantastic. Any queries or repairs required have been prompt and professionally dealt with. The Grwp Cynefin app is also a convenient way of reporting anything required.

Disgraceful had damp in the living room for over 2 years still not sorted gets worse when it rains and don't respond to you at all refused to fix back garden fencing and other issues with the property end up paying for work myself
