Everyone at Beech House is professional/helpful/caring. GP's are particularly thorough. 'Out of hours', however, is seriously 'lacking'. Whatever happened to our previous 'out of hours' GP service?

Outside area the pharmacist opened the window half an inch and huffed and puffed when I said I could not hear what she was saying. No kind words just thrust my prescription at me. Can not see a doctor for love nor money as they are still in hiding.

Great surgery and great, professional service. Whenever I have needed an appointment I have been able to get one on the day. Reception staff always very professional and extremely helpful. Can't fault the service!
