Bupa Dental Care Denbigh

Dentists are not usually places we enjoy, but at least the surroundings and the staff help to make the experience a bit less traumatic. BUPA Dental Care, Denbigh is just that , a pleasant practice with helpful polite staff that put you at easy in pleasant surroundings. I have been with this practice for years, and I am a nervous patient and I have always felt better with this dentist than previous ones I've been registered with they put you at ease and inform you what treatment is required and explain it all to you . It looks like the future of dentistry is heading to a more private system by forcing out previous National Health patients but even though BUPA is known more as a private health care company I have never felt pressured to go private or treated any different just because I'm NHS at this practice. A great practice . Never had any complaints and always made to feel at ease. April 23 Update .. It's unfortunate that BUPA is closing or selling alot of their dental practice's at the moment, and as the lease is up for renewal on this practice building in next few months, it would be a great loss if this place closed and a big loss for Denbigh as well as casting out the thousands of patients who value this practice and have done since it originally opened. This place is worth saving in this day and age as it is worth a lot to both its patients and the town, and everyone would be sorry to see it go if it did close. 5 stars for service, surroundings, care and staff .

Tried these too get my daughter in as wanted to go private and pay for her to have an operation as its now been 6 years waiting to sort an overbite. These are taking on no private patients even though it says they are on website. Don't bother ringing no use.
