Neumann Mike Printers Ltd

We were looking for a printer locally to print our wedding invitations. Went to Mike Neumann having designed it ourselves, this was in September 2022. There was a problem with the design which he said he would be able to fix and contact us back. We heard nothing, to the point that we went back in a month later only to be told it still hadnt been done. Roll on to Christmas he still hadnt bothered to contact us so we made multiple visits and calls through November l, every time him saying he would get back in touch. Heard nothing. Same into January to the point that we have gone elsewhere (Gwasg, Rhyl). They completed it in a week without any issues to a high quality. We went back to Mike to collect the USB we had left with him and barely an apology for the long delay and no apology at all for lack of contact. If I could give a 0 star score I would, terrible service and would recommend only that people do not use him.

Incredibly helpful, excellent value for money, pleasant professional service all round...nothing is ever too much trouble...I highly recommend this business to all.
