Absolutely wonderful place, couldnt wish for a better riding holiday anywhere in the world! Ive been going here with my Mum multiple times every year since 2004 and every single time has been wonderful. Horses, food, rides and people are all amazing and this never changes. Just so disappointed we couldnt go this year due to the closure caused by COVID-19. Just cant wait to go back!!

Unfortunately I was unable to return here in 2020 due to the place being shut for the whole of the year due to the pandemic. I have been here every year for about ten years. It is an incredibly well-run place. Leslie is the life and soul of the riding-centre. The food is delicious and there is so much of it. Everything is cooked from scratch and the teas on returning from a long day in the saddle are legendary. The accommodation is spotless. The horses are well-looked after and attention to the smallest detail is paid. One has to remember that all these places have to pass veterinary inspections etc at least once a year to receive a licence. Horses have access to well-maintained fields and are fed according to the work done and the time of year. There is also a huge roomy barn with loose boxes which would be suitable for foaling boxes. Retired horses are found homes for life.... The tack room is spotless with well-maintained saddlery etc. The best accolade is that so many of us return there year in year out. I hope we are all able to go back there in 2021.

I have been riding at Cae Iago for 12 years: at least 4 times a year. Every single time, I have been welcomed like family. Lesley is an AMAZING host. She is extremely knowledgeable and all for her horses are very well cared for. She chooses the horses for each client very well and with professionalism. I have always felt extremely safe and confident riding whichever horse is mine for the day! I cannot recommend Cae Iago enough! There is nowhere else Id go. Wonderful, welcoming, warm.

Lesley is a deeply unpleasant and unprofessional person. Her very limited knowledge is quite worrying and she is extremely precocious, she obviously hasnt ventured out into the real world very much.. Unwelcoming, unpleasant and nasty little woman. Coupled with the horses being abandoned on a hillside to fend for themselves when they are not earning money, the place should be shut down. There are much better facilities out there, dont waste your time of money on this one
