Poor quality trailers. I've been recommended not to use the handbrake because it keeps sticking. Seems ridiculous on a new trailer. Why have a handbrake it you can't use it. The back door has also never been 100% and the internal partitions need to be wrestled into place. I would go elsewhere next time.

Whatever you do, don't do what I did and go to the production factories, the retail shop is in Corwen Town centre. The parts person was really good, got what I needed and he said that he would post out stickers, when in stock. I will go there again when required.

When ordering my new trailers in Jan 2021 I was told delivery would be April/may. It is now November 2021 and I have been told not to expect it until Feb/march 2022 at the earliest. They have also neglected to mention that there has been a 25% price increase since ordering and that another price review in December will see a further price increase. I have cancelled my orders and taken my custom elsewhere. This isn't the first time I've had problems with there customer service. My last plant trailer, when the springs wore through the mounting brackets in less than a year I had such a struggle to get them to do anything and the local dealer backup was hopeless. My current plant trailer has recently broken 3 springs in less than 3 months each time carrying a fraction of its rated weight, And each time leaving me stranded on the roadside. I'm afraid that ifor Williams is no longer the company that it used to be and there trailers are no longer manufactured to the same standard that they were renowned for.
