Absolutely disgusting service today. Myself and another customer were waiting to be served and the two women staff & the Manager were just standing there talking ! One of the staff was called Carly and her attitude was none other than Vile! The way she spoke to myself is totally unacceptable. As far as Im concerned, having worked in Retail myself , you should always put the Customer first and not stand there chatting while Customers are waiting. When we challenged this she totally lost it and abused us and told us to leave the shop and never come back! This is a given!
A Letter of Complaint is now on its way to this Branches Owners / Head Office. Never in my life have I been abused by Shop Staff, they should be ashamed of themselves.
