What an absolute joke of a company supposed to be professionals! After arranging my move by phone going through every detail, mike turned up on the morning of our move with two helpers, one in their 40,s one in their 50,s they were hesitant and making excuses from the start with the younger one saying how he,d wished he'd stayed in bed! Moving house is one of the most stressful things you go through, so after a busy morning with 3 kids an elderly ill mam and a range of emotions to have these clowns tell me they were unable to move my furniture without damaging it because I have 14 steps which I made them aware of weeks previously when arranging my move is a joke! Obviously they're lazy unprofessional idiots! Thankfully I've no time limit on moving otherwise I'd be even more stressed. Unless your needing fluffy pillows and light boxes moved give these muppets a miss.
