    It was the place I was brought up. As a child it was the most magical and peaceful haven. Sadly it has changed a lot in the last 40years. it has become a quagmire due to the people so called looking after the common land and the neighbouring people with making ponds for fishing. If you did want to walk though the so called foot paths they put in, make sure you have welliesand have good grips on your shoes as the planks you walk are slippy.
