Why does Amazon repeatedly insist on using DPD to deliver parcels. Theyre incapable of locating their own genitalia let alone the correct delivery address. Amazon customer service staff seem completely unconcerned when we complain about DPDs idiocy, and try to blackmail us with offensive 5 account credits LIKE LADIES OF THE NIGHT. Im honestly uncertain which organisation is more incompetent - Amazon or DPD. Please just terminate DPDs contract and let their very special delivery drivers all rest in peace.
