Bought a car 2 weeks ago now, they were excellent, professional and exactly as described. Great location and unit theyre in! Extremely happy :) Both Gavins were great! Couldnt fault them, very helpful and honest guys!

I brought a car from this company back in August 2022. I have called numerous times to discuss the unpaid ULEZ charge that was entered on the day that my car was delivered to me but, despite being answered, the call keeps being terminated. had I of been advised that you had entered this zone when you delivered the car I would have happily paid the 12.00 charge, but I was not informed. I was not aware that the zone had been entered and the charge was unpaid because, despite numerous phone calls to yourself regarding not receiving my log book I had no correspondence sent to my address. I then received the unpaid ULEZ charge which had the incorrect door number on it, it was only because our regular postman knows us that he recognised the name and gave me the letter. I then had to pay 25 to have a new log book with the correct address reissued. The unpaid ULEZ charge is now with debt recovery for the sum of 324.00 which needs to be paid immediately. This company are ignoring me because they will not own up and pay the ULEZ charge they owe and incurred. I am a student for the NHS and cannot afford to pay this fine. They are fully aware of this! DO NOT LET THEM SCAM YOU LIKE THEY HAVE SCAMMED ME.

What super service provided by Gavin. From the initial inquiry made by Gavin through to the sale of my vehicle it was extremely professional, simple and very straightforward transaction. The price was agreed on the phone, Gavin paid a deposit and on collection of the vehicle the remainder balance was transferred to me immediately. All v5 document changed over online straight away and vehicle was collected by a lovely gentleman. Would defiantly recommend Gavin and his team, very trust worthy and honest team. Will have no hesitation to use them again in the future.
