Coaches and environment are fantastic. Friendly and down to earth, don't take everything too seriously. You can have a laugh and a joke, and a bit of banter with the coaches. Loved my years there. But, there's this guy Marlon who's a bit weird.

Very welcoming and nothing too much trouble. Just took my first BJJ lesson at the age of 52 and although I was worried I wouldn't fit in I needn't have been. I would recommend this academy to anyone. If you're looking to learn something new for self defence, fitness or weight loss I'm sure you'll feel as welcome as I did. Went in nervous and left beaming. What more can I say. Thanks Greg and all the students who also made me feel welcome. Awesome
