Realised this am that our front door wasn't shutting and the door opening was bent. Called Rob who came within 20 minutes and he fixed the internal workings of the door and replaced the lock with 3 spare keys. Price was reasonable and we can go about our day knowing the door is fixed. Such a quick response time and excellent job. All sorted within an hour and a half of calling him. I rang Rob as I had a leak coming through my living room window and a large draught through one of my bedroom windows. He was very prompt, friendly and he is very honest. He has solved the problem of the draughty window and has sealed gaps for me above my porch roof and the upstairs sills and rendering and gone out of his way to help. I asked him about replacing the bedroom and bathroom windows but he advised me that they are both in good condition, this is honesty at its highest level. I will definitely be using Rob again and would encourage anyone with double glazing issues to contact him, as he is professional, prompt, honest and is work is of a very high standard.
