        Tried to call up to book a table. Was told (in an unpleasant tone) that its not possible to book. When I asked how likely it would be for 3 people to get a table at 6:30pm, the response I got well how long is a piece of string and I have no idea how busy it will be. I understand its not possible to book and that it may be difficult to judge these things, but Id have taken the chance if the person was just friendly and polite. As it happens I was left feeling like Id made an outrageous request and as a result will definitely not be coming. Might be an idea to possibly try to be helpful and/or friendly if you want to bring in new customers.
