        The reception did not even acknowledge they had visitors, the staff who interviewed my wife were rude and their feedback was insulting. To hold a person accountable for a traffic jam on the motorway (which I spent 20 worth of petrol navigating through to get her to her interview) is ridiculous. I'm not impressed by the way the school handles visits or problem-solves. My wife has now had a nervous breakdown due to the quality of feedback and the tone of the person on the phone and I am appalled at the standard of communication.
