        So glad I found Flexisoul Yoga. A warm, Friendly, welcoming studio with the fantastic Nicky leading the sessions. As a newbie to Yoga I was a little apprehensive, but fear not there is a class for everyones ability. The studio is beautifully set and offers the calm space needed to compliment the amazing classes.

        Flexi Soul Yoga studio offers a fantastic variety of yoga sessions - there are levels and styles to suit everybody. The studio is just beautiful, a really calming space. Nicky makes everyone feel totally safe and comfortable with her indepth yoga knowledge and the right amount of challenge (she knows when to push it!!). All the yoga teachers I've experienced there have been excellent. Love it!!!

        Nicky is a brilliant yoga teacher and offers so much variety in her classes at her beautiful studios in Crickhowell. There really is something for everyone and Nicky's yoga is for every body. The studio also has classes from other great local teachers and is such a calm, relaxing, welcoming and friendly wellbeing space. We are lucky to have this in the heart of Crickhowell.
