The most wonderful experience you could wish for in warm and relaxing comfort. I had a gentle Spinal Energy massage with oils and drifted into my 'special place'. I most certainly felt the transference of her energy. From the minute I arrived, to the minute I left, I felt calmed by Kathy's words and presence. I am looking forward to my next visit.

I have been to Kathy for Reiki and her Newman Spinal Energy Renewal. Both sessions Kathy was absolutely lovely. She was so easy to talk to with no judgement and I felt very supported during our chats before both sessions. The Spinal Energy Renewal was very relaxing and my body felt calm and realigned. I loved my Reiki session with Kathy because I could feel where the energy was working. After the session, it helped me shift A LOT of stagnant old energy, which I needed help to release and let go of.
